Job Description
Basic Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing/production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspection of Products: Examine raw materials and finished goods for any defects or irregularities, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
• Labeling and Packaging: Properly label and package products according to company specifications to support product safety, identification, and compliance.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate production records, as required, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Clean-Room Protocols: Adhere to clean-room protocols and procedures, if assigned to work in controlled environments, to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards.
• Safety and Quality Compliance: Follow safety and quality guidelines diligently, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors as needed.
• Support Production Goals: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
