Job Description
Education:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred



Qualifications

• Experience in assembly of electronic or medical devices (digital/analog circuitry preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to train, guide, or lead team members

• Strong manual dexterity and experience using standard assembly tools

• Familiarity with regulated environments, including FDA standards, is highly desirable

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English



Production Trainer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Trainer to support training initiatives within our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who are passionate about developing others and driving operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job, classroom, and skills-based training in assembly and production areas

• Support the development and implementation of new training programs and processes

• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and progress tracking

• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve training effectiveness

• Assist in introducing new manufacturing processes and workflows



Additional Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
