Strong operational knowledge of manufacturing engineering concepts (2+ yrs),
Medical device production experience (2+ yrs)
Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Description
Training will occur on 1st or 2nd shift in Nov-Dec; 3rd shift will begin the 1st week of Jan 2027.
3rd Shift role: Sun - Thurs, 10 PM - 6:30 AM; some OT may be required

Required Education:
• High School Diploma

Skills Required:
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Manufacturing experience is required

Position Responsibilities:
• Supervise non-exempt manufacturing personnel for instrument final assembly manufacturing of various product lines
• Coordinate day-to-day activities
• Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, test improvements, routings, and capacity
• Operate and manage department within budget
• Must be willing to work on a 3rd shift as needed
