Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience / Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Understanding of basic production concepts, processes, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, verify, and track inventory
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing approximately 20–50 pounds
• Ability to follow established procedures, safety requirements, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties:
• Receive incoming shipments and sort items according to packing slips and established procedures
• Count and verify incoming items to ensure inventory accuracy
• Enter and maintain inventory information in a computerized tracking system
• Pull and prepare the correct inventory to fulfill internal supply orders
• Process outbound supply orders accurately and within required timelines
• Perform data entry to update inventory and production systems
• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures, work instructions, and client requirements
• Set up and calibrate equipment according to applicable guidelines and job specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets established accuracy and quality standards
• Assist with training new or existing employees on applicable processes and procedures
• Participate in team cross-training to develop proficiency across multiple production activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all applicable OSHA regulations and company safety, security, and operational procedures
• Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain confidentiality within the secure facility
