Job Description
SUMMARY
This role supports high speed pharmaceutical bottling and packaging operations in a regulated GMP environment. Technicians operate, change over, and troubleshoot automated packaging lines while adhering to safety, quality, and documentation standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to read, follow, and document procedures (SOPs)
• Strong basic math skills (including metric system)
• Ability to work overtime as required by production needs
• English proficiency (written and verbal)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Manufacturing experience or production experience in a regulated environment
• Equipment troubleshooting experience
• Experience reading, following, and documenting procedures (SOPs)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Operate and set up high speed bottling and packaging lines
• Perform changeovers, equipment setup, and routine operation
• Clear equipment stoppages and perform light troubleshooting (as trained)
• Inspect in process and finished products to ensure quality compliance
• Perform material handling and palletizing activities
• Complete production documentation using electronic and paper systems
• Follow cGMP, OSHA, SOP, and safety guidelines at all times
TRAINING & SYSTEMS (EXPOSURE PROVIDED)
• Automated packaging equipment
• SAP, MES, and electronic batch records (EBRs)
• Preventive maintenance tasks
• VFDs and servo drive systems (as trained)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
• Random drug screening is conducted onsite
