Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with MHE
• Ability to obtain an electric pallet jack certification.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.

Distribution Associate Responsibilities:
The Distribution Associate is responsible for warehousing/material distribution tasks relative to the shipment of products.
• Process customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.
• Palletize orders including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Processes orders using RF technology.
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.
• May be responsible for dock manifest duties which include scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.
• May be responsible for operating the ground/manual manifest station.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all. Associate must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have sufficient hearing to safely operate MHE [Material Handling Equipment] in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
