Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Owner, Digital Catering Solutions to support the transformation of customer food and beverage experiences through innovative digital products and operational solutions. This role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and technology teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive product catalog supporting food, beverage, and onboard service operations.

The ideal candidate combines product ownership expertise, business analysis skills, Agile experience, and a passion for creating exceptional employee and customer experiences. This individual will help drive strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.



Job Duties

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Support the development and execution of the Digital Catering Solutions product roadmap

• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, objectives, and priorities

• Manage product backlogs and prioritize development activities based on business value

• Drive delivery of solutions that improve customer and employee experiences



Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Develop detailed user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into actionable development requirements

• Ensure solutions align with operational and strategic objectives



Product Catalog Management

• Create, maintain, and optimize product catalog structures supporting food, beverage, and operational assets

• Develop a deep understanding of product data and lifecycle management

• Support enterprise-wide product catalog integration initiatives

• Ensure catalog information supports customer-facing and operational systems



Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Digital, IT, and Vendor teams

• Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups

• Work closely with Technical Product Owners and development teams to prioritize work

• Support seamless integration across enterprise systems and platforms



Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including:

o Sprint Planning

o Daily Standups

o Backlog Grooming

o Sprint Reviews

o Retrospectives

• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, strategic alignment, and development effort

• Support continuous delivery and iterative product improvements



Data Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Support resolution of complex business and process challenges

• Evaluate and measure product success through defined KPIs and metrics

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend enhancements



Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate product priorities, roadmaps, and release updates

• Present product demonstrations and business updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Facilitate alignment across business and technology teams

• Drive adoption of new products and capabilities
