Job Description
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field preferred; others welcome.



Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including mobile app development and UX/UI.

• Strong track record in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.

• Experience with CRM integrations and feature enhancements.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to translate business goals into impactful, user focused app features.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.

• Familiarity working in a fast paced, high growth environment.



Other Skills

• Experience with Analytics tools (Mixpanel, UXCam, Amazon QuickSight, etc.)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum

• Experience with A/B testing

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for automotive / DVI is preferred



Overview (Senior Product Manager):

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross functional teams, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and delivering exceptional mobile user experiences.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

• Define and communicate product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs.

• Oversee CRM integration projects, ensuring seamless updates, improvements, and delivery to support product goals.

• Work with UX/UI teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user stories that translate into intuitive app designs.

• Act as a liaison between design, development, and business teams to deliver high quality app features.

• Drive mobile app development initiatives, focusing on functionality, user experience, and performance.

• Track key performance indicators and metrics to inform product strategy and enhance user experience.

• Support marketing, business development, and strategy teams to deliver product success.
