Procurement Coordinator Job Function:
• This position is primarily responsible for data analysis, supplier onboarding, contract management, and procurement administrative tasks
• This position reports to the Procurement Director and is an individual contributor with no direct reports

Procurement Coordinator Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the competitive bid processes for purchases, including RFP coordination, evaluating bids, and data analysis
• Purchase goods and services for the National Office, including identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Perform bid analysis, reporting, and benchmarking for internal partners, as needed
• Analyze organizational spend data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction
• Maintain reports and metrics to track procurement performance against targets
• Assist in the management of the supplier master database
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the contract management system
• Procurement mailbox and vendor setup support
• Other duties as assigned
