Process Analyst Overview:
The Service Engineering team is responsible for field investigations and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational dashboards
- Manage asset tracking and inventory processes
- Identify and deactivate expired programs (campaigns, or records)
- Monitor case management systems
- Perform data cleanup activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Provide operational support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
