• Excellent customer service skills

Print Production & Mailroom Specialist Overview:
The Print Production & Mailroom Specialist provides operational support across document production, imaging, mail services, shipping and receiving, and general office services functions. This role is responsible for operating high-volume duplicating, imaging, and mail management equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of customer requests. The position supports daily business operations by processing documents, distributing mail and supplies, maintaining equipment functionality, and assisting with a variety of administrative and facility-related tasks. The successful candidate will work with high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, mail management equipment, and various finishing and bindery tools. Responsibilities include opening, saving, transferring, and managing electronic files, operating document management systems, maintaining service logs, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring equipment remains operational through routine inspections and basic troubleshooting. The role also involves shipping and receiving materials, processing mail and fax communications, maintaining records, and supporting customer service requests. Additional responsibilities may include conference room setup, office moves, filing and archiving records, light maintenance activities, and occasional housekeeping duties. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production-oriented environment, standing for extended periods, operating specialized equipment, and handling physical tasks as needed. This position reports to site leadership and plays a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations while delivering high-quality service to internal customers

Job Duties:
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and duplicating equipment
• Perform document binding, finishing, and quality control activities
• Operate document imaging equipment and related software
• Operate high-volume mail management systems
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
• Apply appropriate postage and distribute mail and materials
• Ship and receive products and supplies
• Maintain copier functionality and perform routine inspections
• Clear paper jams and coordinate service requests when needed
• Maintain inventory records and supply levels
• Distribute office supplies and materials
• Respond to customer requests and service inquiries
• Maintain billing logs, service logs, and meter records
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
• Operate document management systems
• Perform filing, archiving, and document retention activities
• Assist with conference room and meeting room setups
• Support office and occupant moves within assigned facilities
• Perform light maintenance and occasional housekeeping duties
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment, including paper cutters, hole drills, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, tape machines, stackers, and electric staplers
• Perform additional duties as assigned
