Print Shop Clerk Overview
• The Print Shop Clerk is responsible for supporting daily office operations in a high-volume production environment
• This role focuses on document processing, imaging, mail services, and equipment support to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery
• The position involves operating advanced duplicating and imaging equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and inventory purposes
• The specialist plays a key role in ensuring quality control, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting internal teams with document and operational needs
• Additional responsibilities may include basic facility support such as meeting room setup, light maintenance, and assisting with various administrative or service-related tasks
• This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
• Operate high-volume copy, printing, and document imaging equipment
• Perform scanning, copying, binding, and finishing tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving
• Sort, distribute, and manage office mail and fax communications
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment including clearing jams
• Perform daily quality checks on equipment and output
• Maintain service logs, inventory records, and billing logs
• Support document management including filing, archiving, and retrieval
• Open, save, transfer, and manage files using established protocols
• Respond to customer service requests and coordinate service calls
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
• Support meeting room setup and basic facility functions
• Assist with light maintenance and general housekeeping tasks
• Use bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, staplers, and shrink-wrap machines

Specific Details to Call Attention To
• Requires standing for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required
• Early shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Hands-on role requiring operation of multiple types of office and production equipment
• Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• May require travel between nearby buildings or locations
