Required Education:
• High school diploma or Equivalent

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Experience with quality checking materials
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience operating high-volume copy and imaging equipment
• Mailroom, print production, or office services experience preferred
• Experience with bindery and finishing equipment preferred
• Experience in shipping and receiving support preferred

On-Site Services Specialist Overview:
• This fully onsite position supports daily office operations through high-volume document production, mail services, shipping and receiving, and general office support functions
• The role is responsible for operating duplicating and imaging equipment, managing document handling processes, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
• Additional responsibilities may include bindery and finishing work, file services, meeting room setups, inventory tracking, and light maintenance support
• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and comfort operating various office and production equipment
• Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting materials and operating cutting and bindery machines
• This opportunity may extend beyond the initial assignment and could convert to a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate

Job Duties:
• Operate high-volume copy and document imaging equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control work
• Operate document handling and management software
• Use MS Office and email systems to manage files and job requests
• Monitor copier functionality and clear paper jams as needed
• Maintain records, logs, and inventory of supplies
• Distribute office supplies, mail, faxes, and packages
• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
• Respond to customer service requests and job status inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of copier and production areas
• Assist with filing, archiving, and document storage
• Support meeting room setups and office moves as needed
• Perform light maintenance and occasional cleaning duties
• Operate bindery equipment including paper cutters, staplers, and shrink-wrap machines
• Support overtime or emergency response needs when required

Travel:
• May require travel between customer buildings

• 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST
• Potential for extension or direct hire opportunity
• Position requires standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
