Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• 2+ years of relevant business experience in pricing or finance
• Experience working with pricing software such as PROS, Vendavo, or similar
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong business acumen, results-driven mindset, and self-motivated approach
• Creative problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Pricing Analyst Overview
• This position supports the regional pricing function for a large, global manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings
• Plays a key role in driving and maintaining pricing processes, governance, analytics, and tools for the region
• Works cross-functionally with product management, category teams, sales, and internal pricing stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient pricing execution
• Monitors pricing performance and cost changes, while identifying discrepancies, outliers, and opportunities for improvement
• Supports pricing deductions, inquiries, rebate coordination, and quotation process issues to ensure consistency and compliance
• Contributes to developing best-in-class pricing practices and continuous improvement within the Pricing & Analytics team
Job Duties
• Support the regional pricing strategy within the business unit
• Ensure strong pricing governance and oversee pricing workflows and processes
• Monitor pricing performance, including pricing and cost changes, and identify outliers in collaboration with category and product management
• Review and resolve pricing deductions, inquiries, and requests on time
• Support coordination of rebate processes, working with internal teams and distributors to improve accuracy and minimize errors
• Manage quotation process issues and coordinate resolution for pricing tool–related concerns, including user access and troubleshooting
