Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Certification
• APICS CPIM Certification.

Required Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or similar MRP systems.
• Experience managing inventory levels, forecasting, replenishment planning, and material availability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, and Shortcuts.
• Experience reviewing purchase requisitions, stock transfers, and supplier coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Materials Planning, or Inventory Management experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP APO, Oracle Demand Planning, or other demand planning software.
• Experience supporting utility, construction, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the supply planning function for multiple complex material categories.
• Review and release purchase requisitions to support operational and project requirements.
• Initiate and manage stock transfers to ensure material availability.
• Expedite materials with suppliers and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Develop and communicate allocation plans during material shortages.
• Provide emergency and off-hours material procurement support during storms and other critical events.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Construction, Operations, and Finance teams regarding supply plans and assumptions.
• Maintain SAP planning parameters and system settings to achieve inventory and service level targets.
• Monitor inventory turnover, fill rates, and material performance metrics.
• Analyze planning data and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Coach and mentor peers on supply planning best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions.
• Ensure alignment between forecasted demand, inventory strategy, and operational requirements.
