Job Duties
• Call patients and answer incoming phone calls.
• Dispense unit-dose medications, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV medications, and related supplies.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to triage and respond promptly to pharmacy needs.
• Prioritize workload while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and internal partners.
Typical Day
• Answer inbound pharmacy calls and contact patients regarding pharmacy services.
• Prepare and dispense medications, injectables, IV products, and supplies.
• Collaborate with a team of six pharmacists, six pharmacy technicians, and one support staff member.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely service.
• Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced infusion environment. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
