Job Description
Required Education:
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Required License/Certification:
• Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required – national certification not accepted)

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift 5–10 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs unassisted as needed
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, safety-sensitive environment
• Ability to operate machinery and use keyboard systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or distribution environments
• Experience with inventory control processes
• Ability to adapt to cross-functional responsibilities

Pharmacy Technician Overview:
• This position is a highly physical, safety-sensitive role within a fulfillment environment
• Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for selecting, picking, and packaging medications and supplies for shipment to patients
• The role also includes maintaining accurate records and supporting inventory control processes
• The position requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods while handling repetitive lifting tasks and operating machinery in a moderate-noise environment
• Candidates must be comfortable working around conveyor systems and following safety protocols
• This role also includes cross-training as an Operations Assistant/Materials Coordinator, requiring flexibility and willingness to support additional operational functions as needed. While the assignment duration may vary based on business needs, there is potential for extension or conversion for high-performing individuals, though this is not guaranteed

Job Duties:
• Select, pick, and package medications and supplies for shipment
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with inventory control and stock management processes
• Operate departmental machinery and systems
• Perform tasks requiring physical endurance, including lifting and standing
• Support additional operational duties through cross-training

Dress Code
• May require protective clothing or equipment

• HIGHLY PHYSICAL ROLE – requires standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION – strict adherence to safety protocols required
• ACTIVE CA PHARMACY TECH LICENSE REQUIRED – national certification not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of fulfillment or warehouse experience required
