Minimum Requirements:

• 8 years (Required) – Experience performing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades.
• 8 years (Required) – Experience with middleware setup and management, including WebLogic and Tuxedo.
• 8 years (Required) – Experience troubleshooting in PeopleTools 8.6x environments.
• 8 years (Required) – Experience with advanced scripting (Linux and SQL).
• 4+ years (Required within the 8 years above) – Experience with Search Framework technologies (Elasticsearch or OpenSearch).
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years (Preferred) – Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2 years (Preferred) – Experience working with a hosting vendor.
• 2 years (Preferred) – Experience using Phire (change management tool).
• 2 years (Preferred) – Experience with Tivoli scheduler.
Summary:
• We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Specialist to serve as an Application Architect responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications.
• This role will lead simultaneous ERP upgrade and implementation projects, with a focus on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 environments on Linux and Oracle platforms.
• The specialist will oversee end-to-end upgrade execution, including environment build, configuration, and infrastructure coordination in partnership with database administrators.
• This position requires strong leadership to direct development activities and guide technical teams from conception through completion.
• Role is remote, with potential transition to a negotiated hybrid schedule if required.
• Work outside standard business hours will be required based on project demands.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades across multiple environments.
• Design, build, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and infrastructure environments on Linux/Oracle platforms.
• Manage middleware configuration and administration, including WebLogic and Tuxedo.
• Coordinate closely with DBAs for database integration, performance tuning, and environment synchronization.
• Oversee application architecture design and implementation lifecycle from planning through deployment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployments, upgrades, and maintenance (Linux/SQL).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within PeopleTools 8.6x environments.
• Implement and support search frameworks (Elasticsearch or OpenSearch).
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to development and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance optimization across environments.
• Support after-hours project activities, including migrations, upgrades, and issue resolution. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
