Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll I Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high volume of support tickets, and is comfortable juggling multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay and overtime.
- Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, and labor dues.
- Processes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.
