• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal — Minimum 2 years
• Proficiency with Relativity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency with electronic court filing systems
• Experience managing complex investigations and litigation matters
• Experience managing and organizing incoming and outgoing document productions
• Experience handling electronic discovery matters
• Experience with cite checking
• Experience formatting and handling court filings
• Experience preparing for examinations and depositions
Job Duties:
Litigation & Investigation Support:
• Manage complex investigations and litigation matters
• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing document productions
• Assist with preparation for testimonial proceedings
• Prepare pretrial submissions
• Maintain case dockets
• Conduct research into publicly available records under the supervision of attorneys
Electronic Discovery & Document Management:
• Perform document management activities
• Handle electronic discovery matters
• Use Relativity to support litigation and investigation activities
• Organize incoming and outgoing document productions
Court Filings & Legal Research:
• Perform cite checking
• Format and handle court filings
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis
• Support preparation of pretrial submissions - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
