Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Paralegal, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or related role.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Banking or financial services industry contract experience

• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations

• Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements

• Experience reviewing commercial contracts for completeness, compliance, and required provisions

• Experience supporting contract remediation initiatives, amendments, renewals, and other contract lifecycle management activities

• Background supporting corporate legal departments, procurement organizations, or contract management teams

• Experience maintaining contract records, tracking obligations, and managing document repositories

• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and related documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience partnering with legal, procurement, sourcing, compliance, and business stakeholders



Seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide immediate support to Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams by assisting with contract review, remediation, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management activities. This role will help address a backlog of contract work while supporting ongoing business priorities across a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting corporate legal departments, procurement teams, or contract management functions and be comfortable managing a high volume of agreements while maintaining strong attention to detail.



Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and related documents for completeness and consistency.

• Assist with drafting contract amendments, notices, summaries, and standard agreement templates.

• Support contract remediation and repapering initiatives.

• Track contract status, key dates, obligations, and approval workflows.

• Coordinate with legal counsel, procurement professionals, and business stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.

• Maintain contract files, records, and documentation within contract management systems.

• Assist with contract intake, routing, execution, and lifecycle management activities.

• Identify and escalate non-standard terms or legal issues to attorneys for review.

• Support reporting and operational activities related to enterprise contracting initiatives.
