Experience Desired: Warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience (1-2 yrs); Picking, packing, receiving, and stocking inventory while meeting productivity goals (1-2 yrs); Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, SKU verification, and quality inspections. (1-2 yrs); Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift (1-2 yrs)

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.



Required Experience/Skills

• Steel-toed boots are required.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.

• Flexibility regarding job assignments.

• Ability to visually identify and interpret safety signs, product labels, and equipment indicators.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that uses a conveyor belt.

• Occasionally works overtime, evenings, or weekends to complete work.

• Regularly reports to work each day at the scheduled starting time.



Preferred Experience/Skills

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with warehouse software systems is preferred but not required.

• Potential to become an FTE employee.



Job Duties

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Stock and organize products in designated areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Assist with order picking and packing as needed to meet operational goals.

• Ensures the correct quantity/SKU of product is picked.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

• Verifies accuracy of shipments against bills of lading/packing list.
