Experience Desired: Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment (1 yrs); Injection molding experience, preferably with electric and hydraulic presses (1 yrs); Experience operating multi-cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary production equipment (1 yrs); Experience inspecting molded components, identifying defects, and making quality decisions (1 yrs); Experience following GMPs, SOPs, work instructions, equipment manuals, and controlled documentation (1 yrs)

Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment



Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with injection molding presses (both electric & hydraulic)



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for molding production within the assigned area and performing minor maintenance activities on assigned injection molding presses

• Operate multi-cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to manufacture molded components that meet quality specifications and required production output

• Inspect molded components for quality, identify defects, and request technical support as needed to maintain product quality

• Perform minor maintenance activities and follow preventive maintenance task lists to keep assigned presses operating efficiently

• Operate injection molds and presses and place surplus molded components into inventory as required

• Maintain thorough knowledge of products manufactured within the department, required raw materials, and applicable product quality specifications

• Work collaboratively with molding team members to maintain continuous equipment operation during breaks and employee call-outs

• Maintain machinery, work areas, and floors in a clean and orderly condition while complying with GMP requirements

• Perform thorough product inspections and make appropriate decisions based on established product quality requirements

• Follow all applicable controlled documents, including Work Instructions, Forms, preventive maintenance procedures, and equipment manuals

• Work effectively as part of a team while completing responsibilities with limited supervision
