Job Description
***Only qualified Assembler 1 General candidates located near the Sumter South Carolina area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment at required quality and productivity levels
• Ability to communicate equipment issues to technical personnel
• Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts on rotating schedules
Responsibilities
• Operate departmental production equipment while meeting quality productivity waste and safety goals
• Operate packaging equipment and ensure products are properly packed and labeled per specifications
• Participate as a team associate to support successful daily operations
• Operate equipment at acceptable quality and quantity levels
• Perform quality checks according to specifications
• Maintain accurate production downtime and quality records
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions
• Utilize assigned batch numbers in SAP
• Stamp batch numbers on cartons with correct product and batch information
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift
• Follow all safety environmental and Quality Systems Requirements
• Support additional duties assigned by leadership as needed
Additional Information
• E Shift schedule on a 3 2 2 3 rotation
• 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm
• Shift schedule subject to change based on business needs
• No drug screening required
