Job Description
Only qualified “Machine Operator ” candidates located near the Mebane, North Carolina area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence



Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required



Required Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience in a machine paced environment required

• Ability to read write interpret and follow instructions and specifications in English

• Basic math and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed

• Ability to make routine decisions under direct supervision



Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to move between workstations and rotate tasks as needed



Position Summary

Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to perform production functions including assembling packaging labeling and inspection while following established procedures and meeting quality safety and productivity standards



Responsibilities

• Set up start operate and monitor automated assembly machines and related equipment following standard operating procedures

• Load components and materials verify correct parts and labels and ensure proper machine settings for production orders

• Perform in process checks and visual inspections to verify product quality and identify nonconforming materials

• Complete production records logs and batch documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment following GMP and safety standards

• Escalate equipment malfunctions process deviations and quality concerns to leadership and assist with troubleshooting when needed

• Follow all safety housekeeping and quality policies including PPE requirements

• Rotate across workstations and assist team members as assigned to support production goals



Work Environment

• Fast paced manufacturing and production environment

• Work performed under FDA GMP and ISO 9000 quality standards

• Overtime may be required based on production needs

• Shift schedule Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with overtime as needed
