Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Required Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related production environment required

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Basic knowledge of assembly processes and production equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks accurately

• Ability to make simple judgments in routine situations using established procedures

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Must be able to work overtime



Job Duties:

• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units

• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment during assembly operations

• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product tolerances and operating requirements

• Inspect assembled units to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

• Repair or rework units and products that fail to meet quality or operational requirements

• Follow clearly defined procedures, work instructions, and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform routine and manual production tasks as assigned
