Experience Desired: Warehouse or material handling experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment (1+ yrs); Experience operating forklifts and other MHE such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power truck (1+ yrs); Experience safely moving materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods (1+ yrs); Experience maintaining warehouse records and following SOPs, quality, and safety requirement (1+ yrs)

Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Required Skills and Experience:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or related experience and/or training

• Experience using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods

• Ability to maintain records

• Basic knowledge of material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production processes

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment

• General computer skills

• Ability to obtain and/or maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as required



Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and finished products

• Maintain records as required

• Complete routine warehouse tasks using prescribed procedures

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

• Apply basic operational knowledge to material handling and warehouse processes

• Perform duties under general to limited supervision



Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs

• Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, twisting, talking, and hearing

• Frequent use of hands for handling, picking, typing, and repetitive wrist and finger movements

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and extreme weather conditions

• Occasional exposure to high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles

• Hot work environment during summer months (no air conditioning)

• Cold work environment during winter months (limited heating)

• Moderate to loud noise level
