Experience Desired: Manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device, or another regulated environment (2+ yrs); Hands-on experience setting up and operating automated or moderately complex manufacturing equipment (2+ yrs); Experience adjusting machine settings and performing basic troubleshooting, PM, and minor equipment (2+ yrs); Experience operating equipment for filling, packing, assembly, labeling, and inspection (2+ yrs)

Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience

Preferred
• Associate’s degree in a technical field with 0 years of experience

Required Skills and Experience:
• Manufacturing experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Ability to effectively work in a team setting and communicate across departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work on semi-routine assignments and recognize deviations from specifications
• Ability to work independently within approved processes and documentation
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, analyzing charts, following simple diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Windows
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under general supervision
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to work overtime as required

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate moderately complex and automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform minor routine maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust machine settings
• Perform assembly-line production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Inspect in-process parts and remove defective products, packaging, and components
• Use gauges, jigs, and fixtures to measure close tolerances
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues
• Monitor quality using statistical process controls and other procedures
• Maintain accurate quality, safety, and maintenance documentation
• Identify the need for minor equipment repairs
• Analyze charts, follow diagrams, and perform testing and inspection procedures
• Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as needed
• Follow established GMP procedures
• Follow all Client housekeeping and safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required
