Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operator candidates located near Hunt Valley, MD to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education

* High School Diploma



Required Experience

* Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience

* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment

* Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment

* Experience with machine setup, operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

* Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

* Experience performing quality inspections and documentation



Technical Skills

* Ability to operate automated manufacturing equipment

* Ability to perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

* Ability to analyze charts and follow simple diagrams

* Basic arithmetic skills

* Basic PC skills and proficiency using Windows

* Ability to use gauges, jigs, and fixtures

* Knowledge of quality control and statistical process procedures



Soft Skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Reliable and punctual

* Good problem-solving skills

* Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

* Willingness to rotate between tasks and responsibilities



Responsibilities

* Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment

* Perform routine assembly, filling, packing, labeling, and inspection activities

* Troubleshoot equipment and production issues under general supervision

* Perform minor equipment maintenance and identify repair needs

* Assist with root cause analysis for process and product issues

* Monitor product quality using established quality procedures

* Complete quality, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately

* Follow established operating procedures and GMP requirements

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Follow all client safety and housekeeping procedures

* Support production requirements through overtime and schedule flexibility when needed
