Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operator candidates located near Hunt Valley, MD to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education
* High School Diploma with two years of manufacturing experience
Or
* Associate of Arts AA Technical Degree with no experience
Required Experience
* Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment
* Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Experience with machine setup operation troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
* Experience performing quality inspections and documentation
* Experience with production equipment and assembly line operations
* Experience supporting root cause analysis activities
* Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices GMP

Responsibilities
* Set up operate and adjust automated manufacturing equipment
* Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs
* Troubleshoot machine and product quality issues
* Perform filling packing assembling labeling and inspection activities
* Inspect products using gauges jigs and fixtures
* Monitor product quality using established control procedures
* Support root cause analysis for process and product issues
* Maintain accurate quality safety and maintenance documentation
* Perform cleaning activities in sterilized areas as required
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMP
* Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures
* Follow all client safety policies and procedures
* Perform other assigned production duties as required
