Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required



Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.

• Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.

• Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and bend at times.

• Communicate, write, and speak effectively in English

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred



Job Responsibilities:

• Alternatives: Electrical Wiring Associate, Wiring Associate, Electrical Panel Associate

• Electrical and Wiring Assembler responsible for the assembly of electrical panels and cabinets, based in our Foxboro, MA location.

• Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.

• Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.

• Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.

• Follow 5S and Schneider Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices

• Embrace and be a part of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.

• Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.
