Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent



Required Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment required

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate automatic or semi-automatic machinery

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, process sheets, and safety procedures

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills in routine production situations

• Ability to inspect products and ensure quality standards and tolerances are met

• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle physical tasks as required



Job Duties

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production process

• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor machine operations during production

• Adjust machine settings and controls to ensure efficient and accurate operation

• Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor machine repairs or adjustments as needed

• Remove finished products from production lines and ensure products meet quality standards and predetermined tolerances

• Follow process sheets, production schedules, and instructions provided by supervisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety guidelines

• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor

• Adhere to established procedures, rules, and operational guidelines while performing routine production tasks
