Experience Desired: Mechanical or medical device assembly experience within a regulated manufacturing environment (1+ yrs); Experience performing repetitive bench assembly, component inspection, line set-up, and clean up (1+ yrs); Familiarity with basic Lean Manufacturing practices, Standard Operating Procedures (1+ yrs); Excellent physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours continuously, perform repetitive push/pull movement (1+ yrs)

Required Education:
• High School Diploma
Skills Required:
• 1+ yrs of assembly experience
Physical Requirements:
• Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, as this position is not done sitting down
• Candidate may conduct repetitive movements including push/pull moving of product as needed
from the assembly area
• No heavy lifting is required
• Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of
completed product from one area to another, and ability to clean up the manufacturing equipment used
for the area
• Will be standing on feet for entire shift, so comfortable closed-toe shoes are required
Position Overview:
• The Assembler will be responsible for a variety of assembly and non-assembly functions in support of
manufacturing goals
Position Responsibilities:
• Operates equipment used to manufacture products
• Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures.
• Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the mfg. process
and escalating to Line Lead or Supervisor
• May be required to assist with the set-up and the clean-up of mfg. equipment
• Active participation in Lean Initiatives
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/ external business
associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s
policies and practices
• Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper
performance of their specific job
• Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including
product design, verification and validation, manufacturing, and testing activities
• Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies
• Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation, and effectiveness of Quality
Management System per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
