Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to support the manufacturing, assembly, filling, labeling, and packaging of medical/diagnostic products.
This role works as part of a team of approximately 5–6 employees in a semi-automated production environment. Employees rotate between production stations approximately every two hours, providing hands-on experience across filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing operations. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or production experience and is comfortable following detailed procedures, performing repetitive work, operating equipment, and maintaining high quality standards. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble oral fluid extraction tube products according to established procedures.
• Operate semi-automated equipment used during the manufacturing process.
• Perform product filling using established manufacturing methods.
• Monitor labeling equipment and verify accurate product labeling.
• Assemble and package kits in quantities ranging from 25 to 500 units.
• Manually count and verify product quantities and package sizes.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify product or equipment issues and escalate them to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
• Rotate between filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing stations approximately every two hours.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality procedures, and applicable documentation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area and clean manufacturing equipment as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team while meeting production and quality goals.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive production movements.
• Ability to push and pull products as needed.
• Ability to occasionally bend and stoop.
• Ability to move completed products between production areas.
• Ability to clean manufacturing equipment.
• No heavy lifting is required.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring continuous standing and participation in multiple production activities throughout the shift. Employees will rotate between workstations to support production needs and maintain flexibility across the manufacturing process.
