Job Description
Education:
• Required: High school diploma or GED

Required Experience:
• Have up to 2- 3 years of previous clerical, administrative, or operations related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative software tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using business software tools and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• Primary work setting is a standard office environment.

Job Summary:
• The Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting with troubleshooting, customer service, data management, and communication across departments.
• Support daily recording, reporting, and operational processes.
• This position supports both internal teams and external customers, contributing to operational efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
• Create, distribute, track, and close out customer service tickets daily.
• Maintain and distribute department-related communications and information.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding operational and dispatch issues.
• Complete and maintain operational, financial, and administrative reports as directed.
• Utilize software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs
• Support processing payments and other financial tasks when required
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvement projects
• Communicate with customers regarding service related issues as needed
• Communicate with employees regarding scheduling and work assignments
• Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data on a daily basis, when applicable
• Perform additional duties as assigned
