Job Description
Only qualified Store Operations Specialist candidates located near the Columbus Ohio area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 2–3 years of store operations experience.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Role:
Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management.
• Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams.
• Assists less experienced coordinators.
• Typically reports to manager Store Ops. Typically no direct reports.
