Requirements

Education and Experience:
• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED, plus additional or specialized training, and up to 4 years of previous experience

Skills and Experience
• Have up to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field or a similar role.
• Prefer up to 4 years of relevant work experience in the field or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding).
• Primary work setting is a standard office environment.

Job Summary:
Provides clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
• Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets on a daily basis.
• Maintain and distribute department-related information regularly.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operational and dispatch issues.
• Complete and maintain various reports as directed by the department manager.
• Use software tools to manage tasks such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
• Collect and report data required for incentive pay programs.
• Assist with processing payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
• Support the implementation of operational projects as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding service issues.
• Communicate with employees regarding scheduling and work assignments.
• Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
