Job Description
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum 2 year of banking operations, financial services, transaction processing, or related experience
• Strong data entry and 10-key proficiency with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience processing, verifying, and maintaining financial or operational records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines
Job duties:
• Receive and review incoming work, contacting appropriate internal resources as needed
• Resolve customer and associate inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare, edit, distribute, and correct documents as required
• Research and resolve operational issues and general inquiries
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
