Job Description
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience/Skills:
• 2-4 years of ACH Operations or related experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• General knowledge of ACH banking procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to assist in producing statistics and the creation of Excel balancing (formulas) spreadsheet for ACH Processing
Job duties:
• Works with internal and external parties in resolving various ACH disputes
• Process ACH & EFT Government Reclamations
• Performs ACH reconcilements ACH Fed Account/Fed Adjustments
• Processes US Treasury Trace Requests through the Fed ERS Portal
• Stays informed of NACHA rule revisions and banking regulations to ensure that processes remain compliant
• Works with limited direction/supervision
• Other duties as assigned
