Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required



Preferred Education

• Associate’s in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or related field preferred



Required Skills

• Experience working in eCommerce environments

• Hands-on experience with Shopify required

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable handling inventory data, product updates, and reporting

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities



Preferred Skills

• Experience with warehouse migration or inventory transition projects

• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools

• Experience coordinating with fulfillment and customer service teams

• Knowledge of inventory reporting and logistics coordination

• Music industry or artist merchandise experience is a plus

• Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying revenue opportunities



Key Responsibilities

• Support Store Managers with daily eCommerce store operations

• Set up and maintain online store environments

• Update products, pricing, descriptions, images, and customer-facing content

• Handle store platform updates and ensure storefront optimization

• Monitor shipping rates and coordinate product restocks

• Assist with warehouse migration and inventory transfer projects

• Maintain inventory levels and prepare inventory reports

• Coordinate logistics and warehouse management activities

• Manage comp shipment requests and fulfillment coordination

• Work closely with Account Managers to support product launches and store updates

• Communicate with store management teams regarding project progress and operational updates

• Generate periodic client reports and support sales analysis initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop merchandise ideas and promotional initiatives

• Support weekly operational goals and project timelines during warehouse transitions
