Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Business Administration, Healthcare/ Healthcare Administration, or related field AND Minimum four (4) years of experience in data analytics, healthcare business operations or business process analytics, project management or a directly related field OR Minimum seven (7) years of experience in data analytics, healthcare business operations or business process analytics, project management or a directly related field.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Systems Thinking; Business Acumen; Business Documentation; Business Planning; Collaborative Innovation; Data Stewardship; Business Process Improvement; Operations Management; Health Care Outcome Data; Project Management; Work Process Design; Business Strategy Leadership



Skills:

• 1 year of experience managing operational or project budgets.

• 3 years of experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization.

• 2 years of experience in project management.

• 2 years of experience in process improvement.

• 3 years of experience with employee benefits.

• 3 years of experience with grant proposal writing and/or grant-related research conduction.

• 5years of experience in corporate risk management or claims management.

• Master's Degree, or equivalent, or higher in Business/Business Administration, Healthcare/ Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Organizational Development or related field.
