• Strong understanding of waiver administration, provider management, and service authorization processes.
• Experience with large user populations and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operational risk.

Role Summary
The Operations Lead oversees day-to-day operational readiness and ongoing support for the ConneXion Case Management System following implementation. This role ensures system operations align with DMH business processes, waiver requirements, service delivery workflows, and governance standards, supporting efficient, compliant, and sustainable system use statewide.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage operational processes for system use, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities including cutover planning, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between operational stakeholders, Regional Offices, providers, and technical teams.
• Ensure system workflows support the full lifecycle of care, including intake, eligibility, PCSP development, service authorization, utilization review, billing coordination, and case closure.
• Monitor system performance, usage trends, and operational metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management, release management, and governance processes.
• Ensure alignment with Missouri Medicaid Enterprise (MME), MITA, and CMS standards.
