Job Description
Schedule: Onsite 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m. (night shift) also working alternating weekends onsite

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience:
o Minimum 9 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Environmental Services, or a directly related field in lieu of degree
Certifications
• No required certifications listed
Experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Environmental Services, or a directly related field with Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing operational or project budgets
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with or without direct reports
• Experience managing environmental services operations, sanitation programs, and facility cleanliness
• Experience supporting compliance with OSHA, CDC, CMS, DHS, Joint Commission, and related regulatory standards
• Experience managing staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews
• Experience managing inventory, supplies, and operational budgets
• Experience supporting workplace safety initiatives and incident investigations
