Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Required Experience & Skills:
• 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
• Experience with Salesforce administration and client onboarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting senior leaders and global teams
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Insurance industry experience
• Experience with external client onboarding
• Experience coordinating training sessions, webinars, and operational reporting

Job Duties:
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership and the Cyber Services team
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and communications
• Manage client onboarding activities and maintain onboarding data in Salesforce
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and departmental records
• Support mailbox management, training sessions, and webinar administration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily operations

Travel Frequency (US only): Infrequent (approximately 1-4 trips annually)
