• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• 2+ years of experience recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 2+ years of property, vendor, or program management experience.
• 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience.
• 2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting business reviews.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience with compliance tracking and administrative workflow oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting service-level monitoring or escalations.
Coordinator III Overview
• The Coordinator III works closely with coordinators and analysts to ensure high-quality work output, adherence to performance benchmarks, and effective management of service-related escalations.
• Supports vendor coordination, service-level adjustments, compliance tracking, and administrative monitoring.
• Plays a key role in managing pest service escalations, ensuring issues are documented, monitored, and appropriately de-escalated.
• Training will be provided, and the role operates in a collaborative on-site team environment.
Job Duties
• Manage work orders and proposals.
• Review all temporary service increase requests.
• Monitor increased services and assist with de-escalation workflows.
• Support vendor coordination activities.
• Perform administrative tracking and compliance monitoring.
• Assist with service-level adjustments and communication.
• Partner with other coordinators and analysts to maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
Specific Details to Call Attention To
• Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week (T–W–Th).
• Vendor management and KPI analysis experience are critical requirements.
• Must be comfortable with administrative and operational duties involving compliance and service-level oversight.
• Collaborative role within a fully on-site team.
