Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required



Required Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, materials management, depot operations, service operations, or a similar environment

• Ability to track components, subassemblies, instrumentation, and finished goods through receipt, inspection, service, and release processes

• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records, documentation, and material traceability

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and follow established processes, procedures, and quality requirements



Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with medical capital equipment systems is highly preferred

• Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, and Expandable is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles is preferred

• Experience with automation is preferred

• Experience with robotic or medical device products is a plus



Job Duties:

• Administer and operate systems and inventory supporting the Robotic Service Engineering organization

• Monitor the movement of critical materials through receipt, inspection, service, and release processes

• Track the advancement, consumption, and documentation of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, and finished robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family

• Maintain accurate traceability and quality documentation using SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems

• Control the flow of materials and associated documentation throughout depot operations

• Coordinate with production, procurement, depot technicians, SAP experts, and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient flow of materials

• Identify issues, communicate escalations, and support process improvement recommendations

• Follow established procedures and quality requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Help ensure components and finished goods progress efficiently through all stages of service processing while maintaining a high level of customer service
