Job Description
***Hours: Core schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, with weekend live coverage every week of the year. Occasional flex is needed for select Tuesday/Wednesday UEFA matchdays and holiday events. (The schedule will be adjusted to standard 40 hours as per events schedule) – Ideally, they should have complete flexibility for day, night and weekend hours as per the Sports Events Schedule. ***



Required experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, push notifications



Required Qualifications:

• Sports knowledge is required

• Comfort working live, time-pressured sends during games/events, not just pre-scheduled campaigns

• Strong attention to detail and QA discipline under time pressure

• Working knowledge of football (NFL/CFB), combat sports, soccer, or golf

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, particularly with editorial/content partners



Required technical skills:

• Hands-on experience with a push/messaging platform (e.g., Braze, SFMC, or similar)

• Any experience with Salesforce MC or similar is also required.

• CRM experience is required.



Responsibilities:

• We're looking for a coordinator to own real-time and scheduled push execution for our biggest live sports moments such as UFC and NFL, ensuring fans never miss a fight, game, or highlight.

• This role requires flexibility to work around live sports schedules, including evenings and weekends when the action happens.

• This team member will have the ability to send out push notifications during live sporting events in order to provide relevant information to our subscribers, if it’s a close game or an exciting event or fight

• They should have working knowledge of basic CRM best practices and have had some experience in mobile notifications.
