Job Description

Desired Skills
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience required
• Financial industry experience

• One to two years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities or in Mutual Fund operations
• Good knowledge of Mutual Fund products and services
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision
Job Duties
• Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards
• Document quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review
• Provide information to assist in training and giving feedback to employees
• Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures
• Independently analyzes complex cases requiring high level analysis and expertise
• Verify all processing of shareholder transactions, both financial and non-financial, for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze new account set ups and maintenance
• Review shareholder correspondence for content, clarity, grammar and typographical errors
• Review Contact Center transactions for caller verification
• Communicate any transaction or reference discrepancies to appropriate parties
• Resolve all quality control issues and maintain group work standards for volume and accuracy
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based thinking
Typical Day
• Review and audit financial transactions and account activities
• Analyze account setups and maintenance requests
• Evaluate documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies
• Provide feedback and support training initiatives
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
