Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Experience:
- 2-3 years of administrative, office support, or Human Resources experience, with manufacturing environment experience considered a strong plus
- Hands-on experience supporting associate onboarding and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential employee records and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency for reporting, correspondence, and HR system updates

Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of administrative, office support, or Human Resources experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Job Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department in Swepsonville, NC, supporting associates through onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

HR Administration
- Maintain records in accordance with company policies
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records
- Support onboarding activities for new associates

Associate Support
- Serve as a point of contact for associate questions and HR-related inquiries
- Assist associates with benefits information, policies, procedures, and employment forms
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and morale-building activities
- Maintain bulletin boards, communication displays, and associate information centers
- Coordinate and assist with company events, associate meetings, and engagement activities
- Support uniform programs, safety shoe reimbursement programs, and other associate services
- Provide outstanding customer service to associates, leaders, and visitors

Programs, Compliance & Operations
- Explain basic company policies and procedures to associates
- Ensure HR records comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements
- Assist with HR audits, compliance reviews, and document retention processes
- Support tracking and administration of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement activities as assigned

Administrative Support
- Operate office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines, phone systems)
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and databases
- Utilize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, route calls, and take messages
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Compose and distribute routine correspondence
- Open, sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and documentation
