Job Duties:
• Answer incoming calls from Florida high school and college students
• Respond to questions regarding Florida scholarships and grants
• Provide accurate and professional customer assistance
• Remain calm and courteous when handling stressed or upset callers
• Use computer systems to access and provide relevant information
